Benjamin R. Hoppe, EIT

It was in high school that engineering first piqued Ben’s interest. After doing a job shadow in his hometown of Hibbing, MN, Ben decided to pursue an education and career in Civil Engineering. He attended MSOE for graduate school and now brings a Master of Science degree to his role as Engineering Assistant at RCL. Ben is intrigued by the wide variety of issues found in the world of engineering and is particularly interested in fire damage, structural repair, and wind damage.

Ben brings his experience as an Eagle Scout to this job and states that his approach to customer service is informed by his strong attention to detail. He emphasizes being as efficient as possible when drafting plans for customers and is excited to continue learning every day.

On the weekends, you can find Ben skiing, biking, and exploring the beautiful state of Wisconsin.
