Dale Kent
With 30 years in the construction industry, Dale Kent’s career has included extensive historic roofing and façade restoration work. A former Hoosier, he received his Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University. Now in Marketing and Business Development for RCL, Dale is the bridge between new clients and the project management team; one of his skills has been working with clients to navigate the economic swings of the past decade.
Frequently seen at trade shows sharing RCL’s story with the industry, Dale is passionate about meeting new people, listening to their needs and helping design solutions.
He sees his role as building relationships with clients from property managers to CEOs, and managing the many complexities of a job from vision to completion. In addition, Dale is involved in proposal preparation and investigative work and specializes in building enclosure and historic restoration work.
During non-work time, Dale enjoys spending time with his family, especially sailing and kayaking with his wife, as well as fly fishing, rucking and reading. Dale is an ancient military history buff and loves to study the engineering behind the industrial revolution: puddle iron bridges and water-powered “funiculars” – cable trains of the 1800s. Dale is also a retired amateur/volunteer Zamboni driver.
