Executive Assistant / Accounting

Starting her work with RCL as an office assistant, it was only a few years before Erica was promoted to Office Manager and now to Executive Assistant to the President. In charge of everything surrounding office operations and procedures, payroll, correspondence and supply requisitions, she’s come to enjoy her work in the accounting office most. Erica excels at putting together contracts and specifications – anything that involves critical thinking skills.

She cites maintaining a good sense of humor as the perfect way to get through the busy season (spring, summer and fall!) at RCL.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys travel, spending time with family, and walking her dog.
