As Office Administrator, Jose handles claim processing for clients, doing so with diligence and a commitment to providing outstanding service. He provides quick replies, top quality service, and the shortest processing time possible.

Before joining RCL, Jose worked as a paralegal and experienced his most outstanding career moment to date when he had the opportunity to assist an attorney in overturning a judge’s decision. Jose is also currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance.

When he’s not working, Jose enjoys playing and watching soccer, working out, and reading about law and finance.
