Lou Juhlmann, RRC, REWC

As President of RCL, Lou provides leadership and vision to his team and brings high standards and integrity to every project. Lou feels a responsibility to offer the highest level of service to clients through work that provides a cost benefit, and offer a positive work environment to his staff that results in employees staying with RCL long term. Lou has been with RCL for 29 years and has served as president since 2005.

With a degree in Business from Rutgers University, Lou pays as much attention to cost savings and value for clients as he does to design expertise and custom solutions. He works to ensure exceptional customer service with prompt responses to client inquiries and efficient, on-time execution of projects of all sizes. Lou is especially proud that RCL offers a level of service unavailable elsewhere—accomplished through the skill of RCL’s professional team and specialized equipment employed by few firms in the industry.

Lou’s expertise has led him to serve as a waterproofing consultant on the Wrigley Field Plaza deck expansion project. When Lou is not working with clients, crunching numbers, or consulting on building envelopes, he can be found biking, playing golf or pool, and searching for the next great craft beer.
