Maggie gets joy from bringing new life to buildings that are not functioning properly. She thrives on identifying the issues at hand, designing and implementing their solutions, and being able to see the happy end result.

Maggie brings a wealth of experience and education to her position at RCL. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Master of Architecture degree and is a Licensed Architect with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry.

Prior to joining RCL, Maggie was a team leader responsible for overall inspection and consulting services for the assessment of existing building conditions. This included the commercial multi-family market, municipalities, and historical rehabilitations.

For RCL clients, Maggie provides practical, hands-on management of all project phases, including design development, construction drawings and specifications, bidding of the work, construction administration, and construction quality oversight.

Maggie believes that good communication is the key to successful project completion.

When she’s not working, Maggie loves planning and throwing parties and spending time with her family and friends.
