Rachael Varin is driven to make sure every detail of her drafting work for RCL clients is accurate.

“My priority is making sure our clients are getting the best possible product,” she says. “I’m part of a team that insures buildings stay both safe and aesthetically pleasing. By creating easy-to-read drawings, I make the building process crystal clear.”

Rachael earned her bachelor of science degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She continues to learn by working side by side with her RCL colleagues, “never hesitating to ask questions and double-checking the work to make sure that we’re doing the best job possible.”

When she’s not working, Rachael enjoys playing with her dog, making memories with friends and family, strength training at the gym, and binge-watching the Marvel movies.
