Randy Tufts, PE

Randy holds a Masters of Science degree in Geological Engineering and brings more than 20 years of experience to his role as Professional Engineer with RCL. An extensive background in civil engineering, construction, and industrial engineering makes him an expert in the areas of concrete, construction and design, geotechnical engineering, snow and ice engineering, and machinery and systems.

Randy enjoys the challenge of solving tough problems and cites his ability to provide actionable information for clients as a top priority in helping them make sound business decisions. He is excited about the collaborative process at RCL and always happy to help coworkers and clients alike by sharing his comprehensive knowledge.

When not cracking the next tough engineering question at work, you can find Randy getting outdoors for some biking, hiking, skiing, camping and fishing.
